3. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
a. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification.
b. Service Non-Delivery
If MSB fails to deliver the promised service due to internal reasons, and no significant portion of the service has been availed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
c. University Rejection (Conditional)
If your application to a university is rejected due to no fault of your own (and all required documents were submitted correctly and on time), we may refund a portion of the counseling or processing fee, excluding third-party application or university fees.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
Change of mind after enrolling or making a payment
Failure to submit necessary documents within required timelines
Rejection by university due to eligibility, conduct, or incomplete documentation
Refund requests made after the service has been substantially rendered (e.g., test access granted, counseling conducted, application submitted)
Fees paid directly to universities, exam portals, or third-party institutions
5. Online Coaching/Test Series
All payments for mock tests, online coaching, and downloadable study material are non-refundable, as access to the digital content is granted immediately after payment.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at msbeducationofficials@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment or service date. Include:
Full name
Date of transaction
Service requested
Reason for the refund
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days. If approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
7. Transaction Charges
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable bank/transaction fees or processing charges, if any.
8. Cancellation of Services by MSB
If we are forced to cancel a program or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., partner university program closure, faculty unavailability), a full or proportionate refund will be issued based on the amount of service delivered.

MSB reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
